What are your photo requirements?

A high quality photo means a high quality video. The minimum size for a photo should be 640X480 and no larger than 800X600

What are the guidelines for the pets in the photo?

To get the best results, it is important that the photo you submit shows both eyes (open) and both corners of the mouth. For multiple pets in the same photo, heads of each pet may not be touching each other. Also there should be no obstructions such as cages or bars or paws in front of face.

How many pets can I have in one photo?

We can animate up to four animals in the same photo, so long as their heads are not touching.

I don’t have a pet, but want a video. What can I do?

We have a library of animals for you to choose from. Just include the photo number in the e-mail you send us per the ordering guidelines.

How long will it take for me to get my video?

On average, delivery of your video will be within 5-10 business days depending on the request load. All orders are processed in the order that they are received.

What is the minimum length of the video?

A video can be anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.

How can I use my videos?

Your videos are yours to do with what you want with them. They are however copyrighted by talkingpetsvideos.com and may not be resold or used as marketing materials for another similar product or site. We will however work with you, if you’d like a video created for marketing other products or services. Contact us directly by phone or e-mail.

Can I post my videos on the web?

Posting videos on the web on social sites and youtube is allowed, so long as you are not using them for personal gain.

Is there a discount for ordering multiple videos?

If you are interested in ordering more than one video at the same time, please contact us directly and we will accommodate your needs.

Can I use my own voice (send an avi clip)?

If you would like to use a voice clip, it must be available by dowload from us via the internet.Sound file are normally too large to be attached to email and for security we do not allow anonymous uploads to our server.
